How do I find cashback offers?
Sign in to your cashback account to browse participating stores and current eligible offers. Review and activate an offer before continuing to the store’s checkout. Availability and cashback conditions depend on each programme.
Do I pay through GenesisPay?
You pay the store directly, using its own checkout and payment options. Activate an eligible offer and follow its link before buying so the network can attribute the purchase to your account. Purchases made independently cannot reliably be linked to your cashback account.
Is cashback money or points?
Cashback is recorded as EUR, GBP or USD, using the currency of the commission GenesisPay receives. There is no points conversion. Pending amounts are estimates. Once eligible commission is approved and its receipt is recorded, available cashback can be requested for payout. Requests are reviewed and payment is arranged separately.
Can I use it inside ChatGPT or Claude?
The Rewards connection is planned and is not available to install yet. The walkthrough is our illustrative interface, not a screenshot of a live ChatGPT or Claude integration. Checkout will take place on the merchant’s website.
Where does cashback come from?
A participating merchant may pay GenesisPay an affiliate commission for an eligible purchase through our link. We share a disclosed part of eligible commission received with the shopper. An offer’s actual reward, exclusions and conditions must be shown before activation.
When can I request cashback?
The merchant must approve the eligible commission and GenesisPay must receive it before cashback becomes available. Returns, cancellations, excluded products, other affiliate links or unapproved discount codes can reduce or cancel cashback. Requesting a payout does not send money immediately; payment is reviewed and arranged separately.
Do you read my conversations?
GenesisPay does not need or store your conversation transcript. Purchase records use information from your interaction with GenesisPay, transaction updates from connected sources, and receipts you choose to add. Delivery or refund information is shown only when a source supplies it.
