What to include
- The email address or wallet address of your GenesisPay account.
- The page or link involved, for example a payment link (
/pay/…), a shop or a product page. - For a payment: the transaction hash or payment ID, the token (USDC or EURC) and the amount. A transaction hash is public on the Base blockchain and safe to share.
- For an AI assistant: which chat app (for example Claude or ChatGPT), which connector URL, and the name of the agent it uses.
- What you expected, what happened instead, and roughly when.
Documentation
- Documentation — how GenesisPay works, for buyers, sellers and agent builders.
- MCP connectors — connecting Claude, ChatGPT and other assistants.
AI assistant connectors
GenesisPay offers two connectors for AI assistants:
- Full connector,
https://genesispay.finance/mcp. You sign in with GenesisPay and choose one of your agents. The assistant can then pay from that agent's wallet within the limits you set; payments above a limit wait for your approval. - Catalog connector,
https://genesispay.finance/mcp/catalog. Read-only: it searches products, services and shops and reads verified-purchase reviews. It needs no login, has no access to any account and cannot pay. See the catalog connector.
Disconnect an assistant
- Full connector: in the dashboard, open Agents, choose the agent, open its Connected apps tab and select Revoke next to the app. The app loses access at once, and its payments still waiting for your approval are denied.
- Catalog connector: it holds no account and no access, so there is nothing to revoke on GenesisPay. Remove it in your chat app's connector settings.
- Sites you signed in to with GenesisPay: open Connected apps in your account and select Disconnect.
Removing a connector in the chat app only stops that chat from calling GenesisPay; revoking it in GenesisPay also ends the access it was given.
